Every Sunday and Wednesday service is currently a study on the "Of Christ's" in the bible.  You can listen to these messages online, but we strongly encourage you to attend the Sunday services.  Nathan's passion is verse by verse Bible studies in an expositional style with an apologetics flair.

What do today's hot issues such as political correctness, radical environmentalism, international governmental policies, the secularization of society, science and history, the Middle East, "Radical" Islam, Hollywood and entertainment have to do with an old fashioned book known as the Holy Bible?  Absolutely everything.  The teaching and preaching of the Bible is essential to conforming the man-centered thinking of our culture to God's Word.  The Bible has an answer for EVERY issue facing America today.  Come to one of the services at Harvest Baptist to find out more...

Seeker Sensitive or Savior Sensitive?
Written by Jacob Norton
Two years ago I received an invitation to a church (that’s right, I said church) in Mason, Ohio with a caption on it that read "Church is boring. It’s irrelevant. A waste of time." It went on to say that church has become a waste of time in our country and that new methods must be experimented with. My first reaction to this piece of literature was throwing it where it belonged – the trash. It wasn’t two weeks later however, and I had received several of these invitations with similar captions on them. As an 18 year old kid who was just starting to really study the Word I decided to e-mail this church and politely explain to them why I would not be attending their church services. I told them that I strongly disagree with their statement of purpose and that they are approaching "church" in a completely unbiblical manner by trying to make it about the people – make sure the people are comfortable, make sure the music satisfies the people, and make sure the messages don’t offend the people. I said it’s not supposed to be about THE PEOPLE, it’s supposed to be about HIM! To my surprise, I received a personal reply from the pastor of this church the very next day. His reply was typical of the type of church that I want to write about – THE SEEKER SENSITIVE CHURCH.
